Information and purposes
We use the information provided to respond to inquiries, organize consultations and carry out preliminary Visa Check screening. This may include name, email, phone, country, profession, business activity, income ranges, immigration goals, answers, explanations and results. Additional questions depend on earlier answers.
Do not send Social Security numbers, passports, financial documents or attachments through the initial public registration form. Sensitive case information should be shared only when necessary through the channel specified by our team. We do not use Visa Check answers to sell leads or create advertising audiences.
Saving and preliminary assessment
When submissions are enabled, the first authorized step saves a lead and later steps update the same registration. Our office may receive a partial notification after 30 minutes without progress. Completion before that notification cancels it; completion sends a summary to you and the office. We do not send an email for every screen. We can only recover information that reached the server.
Results use your statements and screening rules. The percentage is an answer-based index, not a probability of approval, document verification or USCIS decision. You may request human review. Results do not automatically decide whether a client is accepted or rejected. Website use alone does not establish an attorney-client relationship; this does not remove applicable professional confidentiality duties.
Cookies and attribution
We use session cookies for security and continuity. When your visit includes a valid GCLID, a first-party cookie stores that identifier, entry page, language and date for up to 90 days from the click; ordinary browsing does not renew the period. GCLID accompanies WhatsApp contacts, emails and Visa Check records to identify their source. The identifier alone does not establish your identity or verify a campaign.
You can disable attribution on this page. We respect that preference and GPC/DNT signals by not creating new cookie-based attribution or forwarding GCLID in new website interactions. This does not retroactively delete records already sent. The preference is stored for up to 90 days in this browser. Essential cookies may still be required. External providers have their own practices; blocking them may limit their features.
Providers and disclosures
Hosting, database, email delivery and anti-spam providers support our operation. Cloudflare Turnstile verifies submissions when enabled. Calendly receives information when you use the embedded scheduler; WhatsApp and eimmigration are external channels you choose to use. Please review those services’ policies too. Staff access is restricted by role. We may disclose information where necessary to meet legal obligations, protect rights or follow valid client instructions.
Visa Check emails contain a summary and protected access, without reproducing detailed answers. Copies received by clients are under their control. Providers may process information in the USA or other countries depending on their services; we do not promise US-only storage.
Retention and deletion
Incomplete registrations and assessments without an ongoing consultation: 90 days from the last progress or actual interaction. Completed assessments and inquiries without engagement: 12 months from completion or the last consultation interaction. Campaigns and automatic notices do not renew these periods. Associated GCLID follows the record’s retention period.
Ordinary technical logs: up to 90 days, without full answer content. Our backup policy provides for expiry within 35 days, subject to provider configuration and verification before activation. Restores must reapply deletions. Email and provider copies must also be addressed.
Engaged clients’ data follows a separate professional case-file retention policy. Legal or professional obligations, conflicts checks or evidence preservation may require specific restricted retention. These exceptions are documented and reviewed; they do not justify indiscriminate retention of the entire registration.
Updates and choices
Updates are optional and are not a condition of using Visa Check. You can unsubscribe using the email link or info@visafinder.com. We stop the subscription after opt-out or 24 months without an affirmative expression of interest. We keep only the minimum suppression record needed to prevent unwanted re-enrollment; presumed email opens do not automatically renew retention.
Privacy requests
Write to info@visafinder.com with questions or requests for access, correction or deletion. Our internal target is acknowledgment within 5 business days and resolution within 30 calendar days, subject to shorter legal deadlines and applicable exceptions. We verify identity proportionately, without automatically requesting identity documents. We will explain when additional time or retention is necessary. Additional rights depend on applicable law.
Minors and security
Direct form submission is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Matters involving minors should proceed through an authorized responsible adult or assisted consultation, with appropriate verification. Do not submit minors’ data without authority to do so.
We adopt proportionate access, authentication and data protection measures without promising absolute security. Report suspected incidents to info@visafinder.com. Material policy changes will be indicated on this page with an updated date and additional notices where necessary.
